when dr menon told dmatt he thought MTD would be reached by cohort 8 or 9, i think he was basing this calculation on possible AEs. all possible AE scenarios for cohort 7 give dosage of 200 or better for cohort 8. that is the "magic" number for dr menon. i believe leo wants this show on the road (u bologna early committment). remember shrinkage at cohort 5 or lower. leo has numbers for cohort 6 now. right now brilacidin is in the forefront for the news and good news could come any day, every day.
