of course it's Putin's aggression .. if you gave part of your land to your brother whose land is next to yours and
60 years later your son moves into the land you gave away, of course it would be aggression on your son's part ..
it's that simple .. if there was a popular uprising against the new regime in Kiev now, that would be a different matter ..
