NO IM NOT A SHORT SELLER I buy low and sell high. Im a chart pattern trader and get in on dips usually or if i see a pre-run activity or chart setup.

OH AND THE NEW DTCC RULE DOESNT APPLY TO PVEC. THE STOCK BORROW PROGRAM NEVER APPLIED TO THIS STOCK OR ANY OTHER LITTLE TINY STOCKS THAT ARE UNDER $1.00

PVEC has nothing to do with the change in the discontinuance of the Stock Borrow Program. It will not affect it in any way!
