the-CEO-being-indicted by a GRAND JURY is-not-same-as-minor-civil-complaint

it means an assembled group of lawful minds has ALREADY seen enough evidence to go to trial

what is means to traders is CAUTION………FLIP It because the risk is ULTRA high

what is means to ethical investors is STAY AWAY from TDEY

this isn't just the CEO's first or second or third go around in the felony court system

"Not a real issue???" Eddie Vakser was indicted by GRAND-JURY for felony theft! This is the State of Texas vs Eddie Vakser. This isn't a civil matter. If convicted he could face serious jail time.

Eddie is TDEY's "Chairman." Check TDEY's quarterly filings which always ask the very pointed question regarding "Officers, Directors and Controlling Persons:"

B. Legal/Disciplinary History. Please identify whether any of the foregoing persons have, in the last five years, been the subject of:

1) A conviction in a criminal proceeding or named as a defendant in a pending criminal proceeding (excluding traffic violations and other minor offenses);

Eddie has just been "named as a defendant in a pending criminal proceeding." That makes this 100% relevant to shareholders and 0% "bashing."
