KM- Mlsoft, KMTQR is coming out of BK under reorganization -today, I think. From what I understand new shares will be issued with the the past shareholders getting nothing. My question was why is there so much activity on the worthless shares? I'm surprised they are trading at all if indeed KM did exit BK today.
