I have heard it from a reliable member of another board. My thinking is also along the same line as yours that any MJ company would want to pick up this shell at a cheap price instead of having to go through an initial set-up.

An 8-K was filed on January 30, 2014 setting up a new transfer agent. Lot more to come I believe. Time will tell.
