I predict it's the same empty threat you see from an endless parade of China scams that choose to battle with article sites and get nowhere.

I'll bet Seeking Alpha never lost a suit yet and NNVC won't be the first. NNVC's attorneys are smarter than that and will advise them to shut their lips and keep dumping dilutive shares on the public every once in a while.

This isn't going to tried in the media. It will be tried in the judicial arena where the defendants can't manufacture their own facts.
