You certainly have a way of reading and knowing certain things after others bring them up.... I also find it funny that a month ago u didn't know whether to buy into the stock and now you are more of an expert then everyone else after fake reading, excuse me, skimming through documents... I don't need to go; I know they're NO website copies, information in the exhibits for the years 2003 through 2013 as reported. The statement of facts and procedure relevant to an issue can then be set forth just before the argument pertaining to that issue. I guess you missed the updated complaint from January while you were in Vegas, am not surprised I call your "Bluff" The issue did the defendants have a website between the years 2003 and 2013, and was it publicly known. Legal counsel takes control in 5 business days. Why not show up next week, or is that not on your calendar!. LLOL The only lie I see here is you and your other pea in a pod!. MrWright, some here don't want to believe anything that isn't glowingly positive. There's a core group that will try to tar and feather you if you're anything but the most positive. This is, apparently, the TMMI Sugar Shack.

TMMI has some great potential but must face their history. I'm not certain the current management team knows where the skeletons are buried. That's why I've always thought filing this lawsuit was counterproductive...at best.

My advice, and I don't often give advice, is to wait until after the judge's ruling. If TMMI comes through unscathed, I'm going to load up....you may want to consider that.
