What the hell is this 1200+ TICK now? We tanked on the news to a new LOD, -620 but now we are sky rocketing. PREM hit sell levels at 2:14, and just missed at 2:17. Then continued to bounce higher and hit buy levels at 2:25. TICK now falling like a rock. PREM looks maybe it's rolling over.

They got us to a new HOD on the Dow on that???
