This is all rumors, from what I read on Yahoo. I haven't spoken to Joel personally, or read anything directly from him.
It appears he wants out. He is fed up holding the stock for 3 years. He wants the company to buy his shares for 0.95 (or close to that). That will not happen IMO because they can't. But it seems that's what's going on. I'm not even sure that the court honored his objection.
He ask the court to get ABAT to agree to do some things that would be good shareholders. And if done, would give shareholders good reason to buy up the float and hold. They were very reasonable.
