Oh really? Then, how is IT Remote Dynamics is able to issue millions in convertible debt??? How was Telogis SO informed, they KNEW to ?acquire? these *assets* so QUICKLY? Why did Gary Hallgren take the company DARK right BEFORE this occurrd? And, HOW does a company with $12M annual revenue DEFAULT on debt payments, for JUST $3-4m?

I BELIEVE there IS ENOUGH circumstantial EVIDENCE for the FBI to LAUNCH a PROBE!

Tina Shilling head of marketing says certain assets but PRs say otherwise lol. All marketing personnel are told by higher ups or their bosses what to say. I think I ll believe PRs and not some marketing employee.
