or maybe they are finally settling all debts from their chapter 11... the large chunks of shares moving is occurring exactly 10 yrs after the initial bankruptcy filing...doesn't bankruptcy take 10 yrs for discharge...or maybe not...i dunno...they could be settling /forclosing...payout...acquisition...or they could be preparing the 'shell' for an auction on the shell/merger website http://www.mergernetwork.com/public-shell-companies-for-sale/page-1
...some ppl acquire public shells to begin new companies...or maybe as an alternate route to an IPO...as opposed to filing for a new one...again all speculations....but you gotta admit, it's intriguing...i'm not going anywhere :)

i read all of that.... why do you state they were acquired by telogis....their creditors as spelled out in their last filing had the right to foreclose on all their assets if they did not make timely payments on their debentures...the creditors than exercised their rights to foreclose on their assets and than in a totally separate transaction sold those assets to telogis ...telogis did not acquire rmtd ...telogis never dealt directly with rmtd ...telogis does not own any rmtd stock and rmtd does not own any telogis stock as far as i can ascertain....if you can show anything to the contrary than please provide same glta
