Yes, I once got a settlement of 7 shares and $67 for a stock I had sold years before the class action suit. Still sitting in my account. Hardly worth the effort. . .

I did two. Got about $80 for one and close to $500 for the other. I would say they both were probably 5-10% of my losses.

Forgot to report them to the IRS. Uh-OH.

In edit and the bucker plus (finally...) taken from old ATM here, CCMP out at $45.38 for $1.14.

Unless you actually try and go for it yourself you are automatically included (you may have to send back a piece of paper which is sent to you), yes after few years, you may get few pannies ion the dollar, the lawyers get the lion share. $.80 taken from MERQ here at $35.81.

Connor....Re: class action suits. I think in part the amount the plaintiff's receive is a function of how many people apply for the class action. I once got a settlement of over 40k in stock and cash for a class action lawsuit involving DIGL and actually my position in the stock wasn't a major position. So, since I keep decent trading records, I keep filling them out. FWIW, Rob
