Looks like a complicated combo of LBO with probably an earn out clause or a back door reverse merger. All speculation.Now facts, To make a long story short, our assets were purchased in 2010 details of the acq were never disclosed. OUR ceo went to work as SVP of corp strategy and has since completed several mergers for them (the buyers refered to as T) We are the only public co in the mix. T recently scored 93 milly
VC funding and has made great strides with our "patented tech". Oh I could ramble on but need all my strength to hold this baby 'cause she is about to RUN. IMO!! MM's working it to death to get all the cheapies.
