Our attorney was at the sentencing and watched as Tim's world came down. It went all day with Tim's crying about how no one really got hurt in the deal and how he really was not responsible because the President pushed the market by talking about BioShield.
Turns out Tim has a big drinking problem and needs help and that was a big reason why things went south. The judge was not happy that Tim was still not taking responsibility for he had done and slapped him some good prison time to contemplate his life.
I believe that the money will be distributed by the courts to the afflicted parties who had purchased stock over the false press releases. All of the people who got screwed over with everything else still get nothing.
