That would have made a great PR. It also shows how undervalued this stock is at this PPS. To many things going on to stay at .0035 IMO

I think it's because they don't want the stk to take off flying to where current valuation in PPS is worth(6-12 cents imo)....Maybe just maybe they have been placing shrs into stronger hands as I've stated before imo....
