Read the agreement, novofuel is owned by genport...

Agreed, alyssa1! My assumption is that the shares are being used to complete the deal. : ) AFPW $$$$

I'm not worried about dilution as the Genport acqusition deal is paid for with shares and the Genport Italian folks will be an active part of the business plan... they would lose votes and maybe BOD representation if they sold shares... of course we haven't seen final deal structure... just my thoughts on it.
