Feel we could be our own little lobby group. Start alerting our representatives on the Congressional and Senate Armed Services Commmittees. Tell them the effective deterent the PUNISHMENT clause is! Educate them on how the system deterrent already exists. Put down some of their own cash, sign on to SigNATURE DNA, follow the SAE standards rules, etc.

May need to rally up ALL. Politics been playing with us forever. Way before the MMs showed up. Speaking of which. Anybody any thoughts on the DAYS-TO-COVER (DTC) factor being developed today? DTC= AVG 3 Month volume/short sales. That's looking like a week or more right now if it we use regular volume (2.1m/300K).
