Nothing was said about ASKE buying shares:

"Alaska Pacific Energy Corporation will own $200,000.00 of ATYG 's Convertible Preferred Stock"

It says ASKE will own convertible preferred shares. The conversion rate is also not listed, nor the rights attached to preferred.
