Jeffries is >>NOT<< mentioned at all. IF Eddie is leaving then why did he do this? Why did he list his house as the "principal corporate address" of PRPM? Why did he list his house as the location of LUXURIANTHOLDINGS.COM and the website?

Next go back to the link above and click the blue "HISTORY" tab and the "Detail" links dated 02/13/2014 and 02/24/2014 (Eddie even screwed up the "Description" of the latter as being "2015"). Then click the blue "PARTIES" tab to see Vakser listed as "President/Director." A week ago it was Jeffries occupying those same positions and Eddies' brother-in-law named "Treasurer/Director." The Wyoming SOS can verify.

The upshot is --Eddie Vakser lied-- he never left-- he never will-- he controls everything (click the blue "PUBLIC NOTES" tab and ask yourself who owns that single "Super K Class - 1 share with %69 Super Vote").

So many have posted here that FAST Eddie was already gone! Where did he go and when did get back? Must be some kind of a miracle thing happening. I know its going to take a miracle for this stock to perform like the management says its going to!
