I can only shake my head in disbelief. But stay tuned: Why move to a better, larger and more expensive location when you're having financial trouble? And why only ask for a 15/1 RS when you were asking for a much larger ratio before?

Time will tell but I believe it is absolutely illegal and it will rapidly backfire. Without this stupid move, PPS may have continued to languish in the $0.001 vicinity. Not great but way better than most of the last 3 years when PPS dropped more than 99%.

Now NEOM will be defined again by extreme death spiral dilution that is exacerbated by a complete void of credibility and confidence. I have never seen such a reckless disregard for corporate governance and general human decency. YA and NEOM are telling investors in advance that they are going to lie and cheat to steal your money; they don't give a damn what anyone thinks as long as investors keep showing up that are willing to hand their money over to these criminals.

This is what you get when you have desperate and unethical people running NEOM and the bottom feeder sewer rats at YA.
