yes. the two outs remain but its just being over speculated

1. Yes, there is enough assets and PROCEDURE to put 10B into the money through a chp 11 liquidation

2. The Prospectus still stands and dont forget the most two important features, the no discharge clause and the conversion clause to be in parity with the most senior preferreds. Sub debt guarantee are valid in or out of BK as per peck in the citi ruling.
