Well thats just the thing, is you dont know him, and I dont know him. All I know and see is that this Can Med knock off website looks like it was created as a cover for this 8K filing. I'm just putting my thoughts together and telling you what I would do if I was a scumbag CEO. He is doing exactly what I would be doing if I was trying to dilute. Make an MJ announcement, raise the A/S count, let it run some, dilute into PRs, set up for a R/S (announcing that they are preparing for Nasdaq) then dilute some more claiming they need money to fund these MJ operations. Then back down to trips within a few months.
Its very frieghtening to watch and I will not give them another penny out of my wallet.
I do hope I am dead wrong and it does run to penny land. I will be watching, but not participating. Just way too risky for me. And again, I hold no contempt or jealousy for those who do well. I am joyful for all those who prosper as it helps the whole market in general. I only post this warning as to what may come if you are a bag holder.
