Actually far less than double..
5.5B would have been double since Jan 2013 (14 Months)
The actual current A/S is 4.75B


You claim: "and only have 300 million shares room before having to increase it again"

In reality there are approx 1.275 billion shares difference between the A/S as mentioned above, and the current O/S (approx 3.5B), not 300m as you say.
