I believe I understand that as long as nothing is signed then a "bidding war" will follow. This is wonderful for the near term. But long term you still need something to sell them. At this point with the power and money behind the major oil companies I fear anything can happen. We spent Dec. and Jan. enduring dispersions on the legitamacy of the award process. I do not want that to come up again.
I am not in any way trying to be negative, I just feel "a bird in hand is worth two in the bush" (pardon any Cheney references).
I'm certainly not the most knowledgeable on the subject so please feel free to show me how I have nothing to worry about.
I must agree with others that volumn on tuesday should be something to behold.
