Keep in mind, the reverse split was done so the preferds could exchange for common.

That also created mega shares to sell, keep or give away. Issued was then 10,000,000 and left IBCL with 90,000,000 to give away and or exchange for preferds.

This was TIM, so who knows how many he converted or gave away before resigning.
