That is why I find the SEC reports at first glance a bit bothersome.
Weekends are opportunities to more closely scrutinize reports ,charts & news releases.
I've been wondering why there such an air of unflagging confidence on this message board with respect to the financials and a singular focus on the prospective oil fields and contracts. Is everything is sufficiently acceptable to you? I'm still digging to learn more.
Perhaps Mr. Offor doesn't have a fiduciary duty to assist ERHE in operational costs & solvency during this period of 'insufficient funds'. But it does strike me as odd that it would even come to this while he is vice chairman of African Express Bank.
How about a loan or extended credit line to cover 2006 expenses ?
Yes, the $18M from Addax is what I'm expecting soon. 'just don't want to see any more dilution or convertible dentures.
