Cakes, everything you said is true except that, due to heavy dilution in the past months, the market is uncertain in which direction PEII will go. Will they release numbers or will they post more dilution in the ensuing weeks? This uncertainty is causing the pps to stall at one place.

Regardless of the uncertainty, only those will be rewarded, who risk this opportunity. There can't be a better time getting in. I don't think we shall see pps at these levels ever again. JMHO!

I agree with you that the share price ought to be reflecting the progress. At the same time I'm pointing out how effective the bashing across multiple boards under different ID's has been. By stringing a little truth into the web, it is effective propaganda. Propaganda they will likely profit from. As long as they can profit by utilizing their agenda, why would they leave? Unless they fear the SEC might catch up to them...but they think they've covered their tracks beyond what is provable. That is why I don't think they will.
On the other hand, the company has made significant progress. As this continues, and as more effective communication comes from the company about their progress and future plans forward, eventually they will move this company beyond the bashers ability to influence (what swim alluded to). I think we are getting closer to this. Looking forward to the news coming out.

The only "agenda" I have Cakes, is to see PEII do what they claim they can and have done and have that show in the numbers. If you don't like people having opinions, please don't read the posts. I for one don't think some fluffed up mention of what the company hopes to accomplish is something we can see jump the SP up. What will is sustained production...... The numbers will and have said it all so far. Let's hope that improves the bottom line in the near future.
