This sound about right. Slowly close the studios starting with the least profitable and cut the field team as they go. Pretty standard in the business world I think. And of course they will keep mum to us, try to keep us focused on sits and sales, avoid the mental check-out for as long as possible.... Busy work...
You're probably right. Didn't they do something similar to the studios in the states? Slowly get rid of the less profitable and the less than stellar staff until only the managers were left? What I don't understand, is if that's the case, why put us on job bank? That doesn't make any sense to me.
