I agree, Inovio doesn't make ipods or planes or cars where you can accurately predict volumes based on sales and fundamentals.
Look at Intercept Pharmaceuticals Inc, it went from $75 to $445 in 1 day.

If people could predict that movement then they would be billionaires.
