OK... So how many qualified people applied for the jobs?

Should he just hire someone so you feel good or should he hire the best?

Is there a time limit on finding what you want?

Kraig is looking to add two talented and experienced individuals to its team, to help with a wide array of responsibilities, ranging from operations to market development.


Does it say he is hiring or does it say hes looking?
Because he hasnt hired does that mean he isnt looking?

Lets say Kim put an add on craigs list for someone and he got 47 applicants and none of them were good enough. Should he sit in his office doing nothing but interviews so you can be happy? Should he just hire the next guy to apply?
Should he hire someone who is unqualified just because you want it done?
It he cant find someone who he wants does that mean he no longer wants to hire?

Last time I talked to Ben about this he said it hasnt happened yet but he is still looking.

I doubt he is spending all his time on it though. After all since he is only a 1 man show he has an awful lot going on with all the breeding, and silk farm building ,and harvesting, reeling and weaving, testing, traveling between the lab to do R&D and a silk farm to feed all the worms. Not to mention he needs to sleep at some point.

We know everything done here is done by Kim and Kim alone right?
He has nobody else doing a thing so what do you expect?


I dont know about you but I want Kim to find the best qualified COO and not just pick the first person to ask for the job.

Maybe the "qualified" potential employees don't have a lot of faith in taking shares for their salaries
