We intentionally scheduled the press conference after market hours so we may press release anything disseminated to our complete shareholder base and prospective shareholders before the open of market on Monday February 24, 2014.

But do notice he posted some of the shared info on FB and that actually would count for public dissemination. ;)

But I do suspect he will press something as well. Might even be why he is threatening naysayers now (again) - so they won't pick apart the press release! LOL!
