Hilarious…Doesn't the "CDFT representative" know that this kind of PR just brings more "attention" to the company and the article. This is one way of increasing the number of people reading the article-which is a good thing!
I don't think it'll ever get in front of a judge. They first need to find a lawyer that will take OTC stocks for payment. If they can't find that, they'll have to find one that extends credit to a company with a history of not paying their lawyers. Maybe they could just get Sayid to take the case and add it to his $162,000 tab, after all, that might be the only way he get's his bill paid--if they win, of course!
Maybe, CDFT may want to hire a real accountant to thoroughly audit their financials, and officially tell them that they have no money to sue, unless $30,000 will do the trick. Oh but silly me, I forgot about the $1M they have deposited in their account and the $500M coming their way. OOPS..never mind!
Watch out Janice Shell, they have deep pockets! Seriously, if this ever goes through, let me know where I can send my $500 contribution to your lawyer fees, after all, it'll be better spent than sending it to CDFT!
