It's trading at ATRNQ because the SEC is bullshit front that does nothing for shareholders. It is evident by the way these crooks did nothing to move the bankruptcy court against the Board and the Executives, who overtly lied via press releases, etc.

In my opinion, the whole business plan was a lie, and will never materialize. Dead money, period. Bury it...it's over.
