CTIX is OTCQB. You are correct that CTIX is OTC, but, so are most ADR stocks. Some ADR's are on the higher exchanges, but, the vast majority are on OTC and do just fine. Nestlé's is one of them.

CTIX isn't an ADR.

It's one and only listing in the world is OTC.

That's why it has 0% institutional ownership.

You are correct; CTIX is not an ADR. That wasn't the point. I was showing that there are securities that trade on the OTC that are quite valuable, and quite popular.
