Grow life does not own 25% of fitx. They own 25% of cenbiotech.

Growlife does not own 25% of Cen Biotech, OGI owns 25% of CEN Biotech, and FI$X owns the other 75%. Growlife owns 45% of OGI, so Growlife owns 45% of 25% of CEN Biotech. You can do the math.

Agreed, but this time it's still has made clear in detail if PHOT will own anything,I'm hearing chatter it's a dead deal and FITX is pulling the plug which means PHOT will have nothing IMO>
