HHSE are now a voluntary filer with the SEC until their Form 10 is approved.

The had an SEC filing, with NO Form 10 filed, ever see that
before ?

I haven't, the SEC must have info that the Form 10 is coming, call them.

Remember Fred did tell me he doubted the audit will be finished by the SHM, but did say it would be done w/o a promise date.
