I bet that when banks finally do allow loans that it will force the GIFT program to become more competitive in rates. I'm sure as it stands now that the GIFT program demands a decent payback.

Don't make me laugh,competitive rates with banks PHOT, your going to have every bank in there mother trying to give the best rate out there even if its making the bank pennies just to get the customer in, why cause they hunderds of millions of dollars to back them up and can take the loss,PHOT can't ,so let's not even go there.
