you can complete as many audits as you want, however, they must be submitted in accordance w/ the SEC deadlines, which i believe are very soon otherwise they will need to audit 2013 in order to qualify for registration next year... dig up the dates, again, i'm hopeful they won't disappoint us but then again it appears they are focused on other things and this medallion venue might just be what they might use as an excuse
