Yep, and when the usual suspects get their fill it will run. I love dilution and shorting. It makes for cheap loading and it doesn't last forever. Usually not very long at all.

I think the accumulation will continue regardless. May not be 2 billion volume on a PR day, but a billion volume a day is likely.
