Ha Ha, if you are so sure that TMMI will lose the case , and losing the case will mean the end to TMMI, then you should have already dumped your TMMI shares, not wait till the last minute , am I right ? Well, maybe you want to get more shares at lower price , am I right ? People talked down the stock have different agenda, and they may be the heavy investor of the company. If you believe that some one talked down the stock on the stock investment board will have any impact on the stock price, you should not be in the market. Fool is not fool !!!!

If TMMI know that it will not have more than 60% of wining the case , then why it started the law suit in the first place ? for what benefit ? There is something we do not know on this board , neither Jay , nor 4retire
