For the record, this site is not a democracy. It is a privately owned site. Giving full authority to the "owners" of the site, to choose who the want to fill their administrative positions.
You can hold all the elections you want on who might be the best administrator for this site, but it will not make one bit of difference, as you have no control here. You are free to be a poster on this site, but that does not give you any inherent rights to making any decisions on who and what the administration might be.
