Uncipep...use to think you were posting for your own benefit...but i know the real reason now, your posting the truth and it hurts for many and they want you to redirect your complaints elsewhere then the board...remember this is a place for positive postings only...I have the same exact complaint...maybe if we cancel and become new members are service will be better? I see your posts as very truthful and honest...more so than anyone else...I don't like to hear it but I know it's true...I hope things improve quickly!
