Kyros - I can't help but notice that you said refinancing terms - implying an assumption of refinancing. Given this, is not the "going concern" language mostly prophylactic? Also, isn't the consortium of banks essentially the same as that providing the recent IPP refi's, and considering the relative fundamentals, isn't MIR likely to fare well?
