breaching its fiduciary duties to shareholders, grossly mismanaging the Company, committing abuses of control, and/or making material misrepresentations is extremely illegal and will in all likelihood result in jail time and/or the guilty insiders being banned from holding key positions in any publicly traded company for the rest of their felonious lives.
