I think that might also clear up why a late-preclinical stage small-cap would be valued at more than $1 a share, a lot more, even though there are no earnings, yet. Some are stuck in the notion that biopharma start-ups can be valued the same way and using the same metrics as Saleen Automotive or Unisource Corp.
