AYSI - WOW! Huge surprise and amazing news! Stock continues to be ridiculously undervalued as you mentioned, with $0.36 EPS for the latest twelve months and cash of $0.46 per share. Great to see them get back to regular reporting of financials, should remove some of the negative sentiment that has been hanging around this stock and its prior communications issues.

AYSI soap opera continues! The CFO resigns. Now they apparently (with no announcement of course) will resume quarterly reporting. Nice earnings. Even without the foreign exchange gains, looks like earnings of .075/share. Strong gross margins...hope that continues. Too bad revenues were down. Did it strike anyone else as odd that they blamed the revenue decline on lower sales in North America? Say what?? I thought they were ramping up US operations in 2013!? I know they opened their first US plant in April 2013. So how the heck were North American sales higher for the quarter ending December 2012 than the quarter ending December 2013??

Mooresville, NC April 15, 2013: ARCOPLATE, a subsidiary of Alloy Steel International, is pleased to announce the grand opening of their first US based plant. Established in Australia in 1991, ARCOPLATE is the world's leading manufacturer of wear-resistant fused alloy steel plate.

"In the past we have used ARCOPLATE mainly in the mining industry," said Andrew Kostecki, Brand Development Manager, "With the opening in the US, we are excited about the multitude of applications ARCOPLATE has to offer."

The ARCOPLATE process enables a homogeneous alloy to be smoothly bonded to a mild steel backing with a 100% metallurgical bond between the alloy and the mild steel. With specified limits this bond will withstand any rolling or pressing that may be required in the formation of various shapes. It also withstands the impacts experienced in applications without fracturing of the alloy overlay. Unlike other wear plates, ARCOPLATE is manufactured by a weld cast method, which removes the problems and limitations imposed by the old-fashioned welding methods.

"ARCOPLATE is the best product on the market today," said Kostecki, "And we invite everyone to check out our website (www.alloysteel.net) or stop by the office to see its many applications."

ARCOPLATE is located at 207-A Byers Creek Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117
