BUT THE REAL KILLER OF THESEE STOCKS IS LONG TERM DEBT, AND THEN USING SHORT TERM DEBT,
NONE OF WHICH NTEK DOES

Also IT IS NOT LIKE THEY KEPT RELEASING MORE AND NORE SHARES!

THEY ACTUALLY REDUCED BOTH THE OUTSTANDING AND AUTHORIZED SHARES!!!!!!
