Nope but the company is not the one that concerns me right now. I am more concerned about the JV and RXNB. If you were given shares at 0.03 and 0.17 and the stock is trading at 0.40 you would be crazy not to be selling it and you would be just as crazy to think they are not selling it.
Personally, I think they have probably hired an MM to keep the price from plummeting too much while they unload their shares.
Has anyone noticed the obvious this year? I haven’t seen one MJ company release their Q4 report yet (probably will be a few but most aren’t or haven’t). In the past most of them did report Q4. PHOT was actually an exception. They aren’t going to kill the goose that lays the golden egg.
Why release a report that is going to show they are losing money and have diluted the shares. Ride the hype and momentum while unloading shares at a premium.
Sorry but in penny land that is how mgmt., investors and insiders make their money by selling shares that the companies continue to issue.
April and May could get very ugly for the sector. Until then… to da moon!!!!!
