The best way to keep from getting burned completely is to watch L2 non stop when the market is open..Second to that, the best you can do is pay for CBI reports, background checks and pay the money for actual court\sec documents etc etc..but I still watch my plays almost constantly on L2 and have a very fast trading platform.
I've done everything but drive to Fla and check these guys out in person and I'm convinced there's no reason this shouldn't be trading well over .25 presplit IMO.
